Colorado Ural, LLC (“Colorado Ural”) with location at 1245 S. Lipan Street, Denver, CO 80223 and a website of Colorado-Ural.com (the “Site”) has established this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") to explain to you how your information is protected, collected, and used. Colorado Ural may update this policy at any time. Colorado Ural will provide notice of materially significant changes to this privacy policy by posting notice on Colorado-Ural.com or by requiring that you sign a new privacy policy in person upon entering into a business agreement with Colorado Ural. 

Protecting Your Privacy

Colorado Ural makes all attempts to protect your private information. Colorado Ural will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy. However, Colorado Ural does share your personal information with third parties that provide services to Colorado Ural, including, but not limited to, email marketing service providers, independent contractors that provide services to you through Colorado Ural, individuals with a professional requirement for confidentiality (CPAs, attorneys, financial planners), and Google Analytics, other analytical companies, and companies that provide services for the Site (for example, those that collect weblogs for Colorado Ural). In addition, Colorado Ural may provide your information to third parties if you test drive a vehicle and there is any violation of the test drive agreement, to third parties, including, but not limited to, Ural Motorcycles USA, another Ural dealership/manufacturer, or financial institutions if necessary to purchase a Ural. 

Minors

Colorado Ural does not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 18 years of age. Further, Colorado Ural specifically will not sell or let an individual under the age of 18 test drive or purchase a Ural motorcycle.

Data Colorado Ural Collects and Usage

In addition to the following, Colorado Ural may collect your personal information in any of our dealings with you. For example, if you:

• test drive a vehicle;
• purchase a vehicle;
• are a subscriber to our mailing list or newsletter (including digital content);
• attend an event organized by Colorado Ural or our partner organizations;
• visit or log on to our website or social media channel, or one of the various websites that we operate;
• are one of our suppliers; or
• submit a job application.

Though collection efforts in person or through our website, Colorado Ural may collect your name, company information, employer information, email address, physical address, and phone number. Colorado Ural may also collect information about you if you test drive a vehicle including your driver’s license information, insurance information, social security number, birthdate, and driver’s license endorsements.

Colorado Ural sometimes collects your email address for purposes such as sending email newsletters and notifications about upcoming events and specials and, if you have purchased a Ural, maintenance requirements. By submitting your email to Colorado Ural, you consent to emails from Colorado Ural and emails sent on behalf of Colorado Ural by email marketing service providers on behalf of Colorado Ural.

Colorado Ural sometimes collects your cell phone number for the purpose of sending you text messages about Colorado Ural or calling you about services provided by Colorado Ural. By submitting your cell phone number to Colorado Ural, you consent to text messages from Colorado Ural and its text messaging service providers and to phone calls to your cell phone number.

Colorado Ural alone and with its partners organize and facilitate educational workshops both face-to-face and in the online e-learning environment. Our face-to-face workshops, consulting engagements, presentations and e-learning programs may result in the collection of additional personal information which is not covered under this Privacy Policy.

Colorado Ural’s web logs collect standard web log entries for each page served, including, but not limited to, your IP address, page URL, and timestamp. Web logs help Colorado Ural diagnose problems with our server, to administer the Colorado-Ural.com site, and to otherwise provide Colorado Ural's products and service to you. In addition, Colorado Ural may collect other information from your interaction with our Site, services, content, and advertising, including computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the Site, ad data, IP address, demographic and navigational data, and standard web log information. If you apply for a job with or to be an independent contractor for Colorado Ural, Colorado Ural will hold, use and disclose that information solely for the purpose of considering your application. In particular, in considering your application, it may be necessary for Colorado Ural to disclose some of that information to third parties to verify the accuracy of that information. In such circumstances, Colorado Ural will disclose only such information as is necessary in the circumstances. In considering your application, Colorado Ural may also collect personal information about you from any third parties that you nominate as your referees in your application.

Data Colorado Ural Stores

All information posted and gathered by Colorado Ural in person, through the Site or any other means, including your personal information, is stored in Colorado Ural's database, even after "deletion”, and may be archived elsewhere. 

Colorado Ural's web logs and other records are stored indefinitely. This may include any information you supply to Colorado Ural and your browsing history. However, Colorado Ural cannot guarantee access to these records by third parties for more than three business days after the original information was submitted.

Although Colorado Ural makes good faith efforts to store personal information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, Colorado Ural cannot guarantee complete security. While we also use security to secure the site, any information posted on your public Colorado Ural profile and any discussion boards are made available to the public. 

Colorado Ural may store information in an off-site location, which may or may not be located in the United States and may not be bound by the laws of the United States.

Search engines and other sites not affiliated with Colorado Ural - including Google.com, Bing.com, and Yahoo.com - archive or otherwise make available Colorado-Ural’s Site.
